We are conveniently located on the A6 Owen Road Skerton, within walking distance of Lancaster City Centre which has good transport links by Bus, Rail & M6 Motorway
Our premises offer:
Free car park for up to 30 cars
Disabled toilets / Baby changing area
Media Desk equipment - (Additional Hire Charge of use of venue equipment)
Our very own catering team can provide catering for rehearsals, workshops and meetings
with the venue hire. (Additional charge)

Main Hall

If you are planning a Conference, concert, exhibition, wedding ceremonies, Workshops,
our Main Hall will be perfect for up to 100 people.
If the Audio/Vision Desk is required in the Main Hall, there will be an additional charge for the hire/staffing of this.

Cafe & Kitchen Area
(Hard washable floor - Cafe tables and Chairs)
The Café Area is available to hire for Children’s Birthday Parties and small meetings of up to 30 people.
Bouncy Castles can be installed on the front car park.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING

The sale of alcohol or the acceptance of any money donations towards Alcohol is strictly not permitted at the venue

All venue users are expected to set up / clear away / clean and remove any refuge rubbish within the times they have booked

The hirer to provide evidence of their public liability & cover for damages insurance certificate when placing the booking

There is a £50 fully refundable deposit required - this is refunded after the given booking date once an inspection of the property has taken place to ensure that it has been left clean and tidy and all refuse has been removed by the hirer.
