SUNDAY 13th June 2021

Welcome to Father’s House Online, thank you so much for connecting with us.

Our heart is to see God’s Kingdom come in our community and for people to be transformed by the love of God.
We are committed to loving people, building relationships & making disciples.
By ‘doing life’ together we help each other to become all that God has created us to be!

Over the past 15 months we have experienced many challenges due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Apart from the obvious health hazard of Covid 19 and the financial challenges we face moving forward there has also also been a huge increase in Emotional & Mental Health problems.
And one of the major factors in their rise has been the problems with ‘isolation’ due to the various lock downs.

I have talked with a number of people who would have described themselves as ‘loners’ who didn’t really care too much about being around people. And yet they realised that when forced into isolation they actually wanted to be around people who they could connect with and build relationships with.
And yet there are other people who it would appear have welcomed the chance to isolate and be alone, and not have to spend time with other people.

But what does God and the Bible have to say about isolation & relationships?
To find out we will look at a story from the Book of Judges (Chapter 18) in the Old Testament about what can happen when we isolate or separate from other people.

For those joining with us ‘online’ here are the details for this week.
We will meet at 11am on Sunday.
